Building this community is ongoing work. It requires sustained effort through our Soundstage, Pop-Up Soundstage events, and mentoring programs-work that extends beyond any single season or initiative. But it is not vague. We can describe it, measure progress through artist development and community engagement, and adjust when the evidence tells us to. That clarity keeps our daily decisions accountable to something bigger than themselves.
